Our customer required a fully custom Dual cPCI system, for board testing, with facilities for extend length eurocard boards and plug in PSU’s. This system was to house removable hard drives with easy access. An high performance CPU board running Windows to provide software control and development.

Our solution was to build a system with extended side panels multiple depth side extrusion for extended depth cPCI and normal depth areas for PSU with p47 power backplanes. The system had an hinged front panel to access the fan tray and removable hard drive. The forced cooling draws in from the bottom front and exhausts at the top rear.
